The “Wheels for Meals” Program promotes a singularly focused initiative. Simply put, our aim is to eliminate hunger on Long Island. Naturally, it takes funding to drive a large not-for-profit like L.I. Cares. So… what better approach is there than an honest plea for vehicle donation to secure desperately needed capital, keep the food pantries stocked, and recognize donor generosity with a win-win opportunity.
